SteadyLoop is an AI consultancy for small and mid-sized businesses. We work out where AI genuinely helps in a business, build it into the tools that business already runs, and keep it running afterwards. Every engagement gets senior, hands-on attention from the people who actually build it — no account manager relaying messages to a delivery team you never meet.
We are early, and we would rather say that plainly than dress it up. What being early buys you is attention: we take on work we can do properly, and you deal directly with the people doing it.
The name
is the delivery. Predictable weeks, working software at the end of each one, and no surprises in the last mile. The least interesting thing about a good supplier is that they are boring to work with — and that is the point.
The systems we deliver run in cycles rather than waiting for someone to remember them. And the work itself iterates: launch is not the end of the engagement, it is the point where the loop closes and starts again.

We sell what we use. Our own AI discovery agent runs on every engagement we take, before we would ever propose something similar to a client. If a tool is not good enough for our own process, it is not good enough to bill for.
