The Loop
Five stages, and then it starts again.
Every engagement runs the same way, so you always know where you are and what happens next. It starts before we speak and it does not stop at launch.
- Book
- Discover
- Roadmap
- Build
- Run & improve
- and again
Book
A two-minute form. Thirty minutes, free.
Tell us about your business in a two-minute form. There is nothing to prepare and nothing to read first.
The session is genuinely free, and it stays useful even if we never work together.
Discover
Our AI discovery agent interviews you before we meet.
Booking starts with a two-minute form about your business. We review it personally and email you a link to our in-house AI discovery agent — give it about ten minutes and it will ask about your industry, the tools you already run, where work piles up, and what a good outcome would look like.
It asks the questions a consultant would spend the first half of a meeting asking, and it never forgets an answer. You can do it from your phone, in your own words, whenever suits you.
That means the call does not start at the beginning. We arrive already understanding how your business runs, and we spend the time on what to do about it.
Roadmap
You get a written plan with priorities and scope.
You receive a written plan: what we would build, in what order, and what each piece changes for the business.
It is yours to keep either way. If you take it to another studio or build it in-house, that is a fine outcome.
Build
Weekly delivery loops, each ending in a demo.
We work in weekly loops. Every week ends with something you can look at and use, not a status report.
You see progress while it is still cheap to change direction, which is the point of working this way.
Run & improve
Launch, training, and the next turn of the loop.
We launch it, show your team how it works, and stay close while it settles into real use.
Then the loop closes and starts again: what we learn from the system running becomes the next round of work. That is the steady part, and it is where the name comes from.
05 ⟲ 01 — then the loop closes and starts again
The discovery session
The consultant that never forgets a detail.
Booking a session starts an interview, not a countdown. Our in-house AI discovery agent asks about your industry, your systems, and your bottlenecks before we ever speak — so the call is spent on what to do, not on catching up. It is also the plainest answer we can give to "have you actually built any of this yourself".
The discovery agent is one of a teamBook
Tell us about your business in a two-minute form. Nothing to prepare, nothing to read first.
The agent learns your business
We review your details personally and email a link to our AI discovery agent within one business day. Ten minutes, in your own words, whenever suits you.
We arrive with a plan started
No discovery call spent on the basics. We already know your industry, your tools, and where work piles up.
What we promise
- Working software you can open and use, not a slide deck about it.
- A written roadmap you keep, whether or not you hire us.
- A demo every week, so you see progress while changing direction is still cheap.
- Your code, your accounts, your data, in your name from day one.
- Plain language. If we cannot explain what something does, we do not build it.
What we don't
- That AI will transform your business overnight. Most of the gain comes from unglamorous plumbing between systems you already own.
- A savings figure before we have measured anything in your business. We will tell you what we expect to change and how we would measure it, not invent a percentage.
- That every idea is worth building. If we think a piece of work will not pay for itself, we will say so and take it out of scope.
- Another subscription for your team to babysit. We would rather build something that runs quietly than something that needs managing.
Stay in the loop. Stay ahead.
Your discovery session starts before we even meet.
Tell us about your business in a two-minute form and our AI discovery agent will interview you before the call, so we arrive already understanding it.
